How long will it take to get my package?

We choose the most cost-effective and fast line according to different country. The shipping time is for reference, :

What if the package is returned by customs?

If your parcel has been sent abroad, but it is returned because of the " unqualified international security ", "no sign" , "address unknown", "out for deliver" and other reasons , you are responsible for redelivery fee.

What if the parcel is seized by the customs?

If the parcel is seized by the customs, you can contact us to place a new order. In the new order, you only need to pay 50% of the cost of the original order commodity price. If the goods are out of stock or you don't want them, you can apply for a refund of 50% of the original order commodity amount.

Is buying on-line safe?

How do I place an Order and Pay?

Step1: Register as a member
Step2: Add your purchased goods to the shopping cart, click on checkout
Step3: Add/select address information, click to pay
Step4: Enter the third-party payment platform, register/log in to your platform account
Step5: In the payment order remarks column, note the order number of MCFAHSION, and select the payment method (currently supports Paypal, Alipay, Wechat and bank transfer)
Step6: After completing the payment, we will review and arrange delivery within 24 hours

What kind of product quality assurance does MCF provide?

All products of MCFASHION will be strictly inspected before shipment:
• Check the color: the standard product color provided by the merchant shall prevail. The actual product and the website picture may be slightly different due to the shooting environment or display equipment.
• Check the size: the size provided by the merchant shall prevail, different products may have certain size errors (subject to the introduction on the product details page)
• Check the model: check the batch and model of the product, and the model of the gift randomly presented is subject to the information provided by the merchant
• Check quality: check for serious quality problems, such as damage, large area stains, obvious printing errors, etc. Normal defects within 1cm in diameter are within the acceptable range and are not a quality problem

What is a 30/7 day return promise?

Within 30 days from the date of shipment, or within 7 days from the date when the international logistics information shows "sign-for", if you need to return/refund, you can apply for customer service. (Reminder: Please check whether the outer packaging is severely damaged before signing for the goods. If there is severe damage, please take a picture and provide it to us and refuse to sign the package)

• Within 30 days after delivery or within 5 days after delivery, you can apply due to product quality problems, and must provide

-Photos or videos of defective goods
After approval by the customer service, the user shall send it back by registered Airmail and keep the invoice receipt. The customer service handles it according to the screenshot of the receipt. If the shipping cost is less than 60% of the product value and less than US$40, MCF will pay all postage. If it exceeds, contact customer service for negotiation.
• Within 90 days after delivery, or within 30 days after delivery: After the quality problem application is approved by the customer service, it can be returned by registered airmail. The reimbursed return shipping fee is 35% of the value of the product, not more than 40 US dollars.
• Delivery time more than 90 days, no after-sales assurance.
• No reason to return or exchange: support within 10 days after receiving the goods, the user bears the two-way freight.

What circumstances (within the time limit for returns) are not covered by the return guarantee?
